The service was prompt and efficient. I will definitely go for Conicelli Toyota services. They give excellent customer service.
Ok. Don't understand why I keep getting charged for washer fluid when I fill it before my visit. Makes me a little leary of honesty of mechanics.
George Washington helped me to get checked in an out with ease. He was very pleasant and courteous.
Conicelli is easy to schedule with, offers a waiting period place with tv, refreshments and places to charge your devices in. Should you decide not to wait, they do furnish a shuttle service. Always cheerful, helpful and attentive to your needs. The sad thing is they’re soliciting us to sell our old Prius. That means used inventory is getting low. The current tariff debacle is driving up the prices of new vehicles and raising the value of well managed older ones.
Great dealership, Great service. However, the cost of service is too outrageous and I can't recommend that to any middle class customer. Thank you for the opportunity to give a feedback.
I had a leak in the driver’s side of car. A third party attempted to fix it at this location. After 3 attempts, no remedy. Conicelli of Springfield took it upon themselves to fix the issue and were successful. Their cooperation and care in getting to the bottom of that issue was really appreciated. Thanks to rep, Matt, at customer service and the person or team that did the work!
