Ed Kosmatka, body shop manager, has provided Top 10 outstanding service to us over the past 10+ years. You could not ask for a better person and body shop team to provide professional, honest, quality and reliable advice and service in a timely manner and at a very fair and reasonable price. The entire team provides outstanding body shop work. Not only for our GMC vehicles (Yukon, Envoy), but we also have had major work done on our Jaguar and BMW high end cars. We have no desire to go anywhere else and highly recommend talking to Ed and having your work done at this location if the above factors matter, which they should.
Our salesperson, Bill, was very helpful. There were specific things I wanted in a vehicle but I also had concerns about purchasing a vehicle. He helped every step of the way to figure out the right vehicle for me and how to proceed. When it came time to sign the loan papers I never once felt I was being pushed into anything. Bottom line is - It was great to work with Kunes GMC in Greenfield. Two thumbs up from me and I give them 5 stars!.
