My service advisor Robert Gonzalez is awesome and does a great job with communication in handling my service . The Service team at Camelback does a great job too!

Had an unfortunate experience of running my new Camry Hybrid over a median, it’s a long story, causing severe tire and rim damage and alignment issues. Camelback Toyota immediately took my car from the tow truck and made an initial assessment and cost analysis and checked the car thoroughly for.any other damage. Repair were completed and I being disabled paid my bill over the phone and they had the car ready for me with easy access as I can’t walk far. Drove the car and was very pleased with the quick repairs and perfect alignment. Very happy with my 2026 Toyota Camry Hybrid that I also bought there. Great work, nice people, pleasant experience!
I just want to say that Penache is the best—very polite, calm, and mellow. I am very grateful for his kindness. There should be more people in customer service like him; he is always calm and smiling. He is the best person who has ever assisted me.
I recently worked with Omar to purchase a car - he’s wonderful! Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and inventory. He wasn’t pushy and I appreciated that.
