The service representative Mickel is a man of his word, my 2022 F450 had transmission issues and auto nation ford replaced it without any issues. Mickel kept me informed throughout the process he told me 1 week and he delivered on time.
Ford katy is professional, friendly, and a beautiful facility. I would higher recommend using this dealership for service
