He takes care of what you came in for, reviews with you concerns that they found on the vehicle during inspections, as well as gives you a "heads up" on upcoming maintenance items that will need attention. This is helpful so I can plan ahead. In this case, he noted my tires are getting down to where they will need to be replaced. He also told me about the tire sale coming up in the next month, which is going to also, save me money. Thank you Colin!

I expressed interest online and was contacted by Eric a hours later. He did an excellent job understanding my needs and scheduling an appointment for me to come in. Upon my arrival he had already identified several trucks that fit my initial interest. Which really made the process of looking fast and enjoyable.
