Jared was a great car salesman. He was timely, kept me informed, and always available for any questions I had. He is so dedicated to his job that he would even respond on his days off. I almost had to go to another dealership in order to get the vehicle I wanted (chip shortage issues for everyone) but he came through for me and got the sale.
Erica was very friendly and quick to respond. She called when she said she would. Very prompt.
Lastly the car transporters. (Dave and John I think?). They were so personable and down to earth and they took the time out to explain things to me. Not rushed.

I'm 60 years old, and I buy a new or slightly used vehicle every two or three years, and I have to say that this was an,"Exceptional car buying experience". I live in a south western suburb of Chicago, where there are Toyota dealers about every 10 miles, yet Alton Toyota was the only car dealer that was willing to sell me a brand new 2022 vehicle at MSRP without adding an additional premium or charging me and exorberant dealer doc fee. Even before I set foot in the dealership, contacting them via internet and over the phone, they spoke to me respectfully and we're very helpful. I made an appointment, with Jared Kinzel, who greeted me promptly upon arriving at the dealership. The dealership is clean, brightly lit, and overall a good representation of Toyota. Once there, there was no funny business, no attempts to renegotiate the deal that we made, in particular, I am referring to the very generous offer they made for my car on trade in, Jared assured me that the deal was done and all we had to do was sign the paperwork and take delivery, and sure enough that's all there was to it. He did not try to sell me anything other than what I asked for. Once he moved me into the finance office, Danny Walters took exceptional care of me. Finally somebody at a car dealership that is looking out for my best interest and not theirs. Danny worked with me on the interest rate, exploring different options, and working with me to make sure that I received the $500 Toyota cash. He offered me several different products for my vehicle, but was not pushy, and when I told him I was interested in an extended warranty, he offered me the Toyota Platinum care at an extremely reasonable price, which I then purchased. Truly an unbelievably pleasant experience. Alton Toyota is about 4 hours, (260 miles),
from my residence, but well worth the trip. Next new car I need, I will be coming here first. Thank you gentlemen for the outstanding experience, probably the best in my lifetime so far.
We had made reservations months in advance, to rent a vehicle for our family vacation with one of the Nationally recognized car rental companies, only to be told despite our reservations they didn’t have a vehicle for us. I was unaware Mungenast offered rental service. I called the Alton location and spoke with Julie, she came to our rescue, on extremely short notice got us the perfect vehicle for our family, beyond affordable price and clean as a pin! Mungenast you have my lifelong business!!
My wife and I were very pleased after purchasing our used 2015 Subaru Forester from your dealership in September of 2020. We started shopping for a used Subaru back in July and spent hours upon hours looking at online listing sites and visiting several dealerships. Without a doubt, our experience at Alton Toyota was the best experience we've had since we began our search. Not only did you have the car I wanted, but your staff was genuinely friendly and provided a refreshing balance between being attentive and giving us space to make decisions. I applaud the ownership and management for putting the customer's needs first! If only other companies would do the same.
