What Others Say

Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They sell the car, then they sell you on their expensive ultra warranty promising you they will be there if you need them. Well forget that, towing? Ha they will only tow if car breaks down right near the dealership. Then the repair “part is on back order” all we heard for 99 days and counting. They never communicate, you always have to reach out to them. Bought two Jeeps from them and would drive to the ends of the world before dealing with them every again. And after all that time sitting there, they deliver a disgustingly dirty car with some type of sap on it.

OK, one of the worst experiences in car buying in my 59 years on this planet, first, the jeep wranglers, and the Dodge pick up trucks are between three and $5000 over MSRP, that right there is a major turn off, but I was looking at a jeep compass, which was at MSRP and that's fine, went in test drove it said I wanted to put a deposit on it because it was a specific edition ,worked with Mike in sales and he wouldn't take a deposit and he said it's not our policy that it should be fine and tomorrow just to come in and it'll bring the bank draft that we have for preapproval so I called him the next day in the morning he said yep everything's fine gonna get it cleaned up and everything and then he called me in the afternoon said somebody sold it I said well I wanted to give you deposit so he went and looked for another one for me, he found one at IG Burton in Berlin, got it shipped to Preston, we did all the paperwork we got you know 3 1/2 hours in the dealership, and when we're signing the paperwork, they slipped in a piece of paper that said binding arbitration agreement, I said, I'm not signing this, and signing my rights away, he went and got the finance manager. The finance manager said well if you don't sign it, we can't sell you the car, so my wife and I stood up and said OK I guess we're not buying the car and then he got right up to us and said that you're not gonna buy a new car anywhere because that's just required. I said no it's not, I looked it up on my phone and Delaware, is not a forced binding arbitration state, they waste a 3 1/2 hours of my time, I drove out to IG Burton in Berlin, Maryland, they said they never heard of such a thing, sold me a car gave me discounts that Preston didn't even tell me was available like fire, fighter, discounts, etc., I bought the car from them hassle free drove home in it last night, I'll never deal with Preston in millsboro, and they are the closest to my house, I can't believe they wanted me to sign my rights away, and lost a sale because of this, if you're looking for a Jeep product, go to IG Burton in Berlin, Maryland .

Professional, considerate, kind, and welcoming. I'm very grateful to Ms. Tameria Wodrig, Sales Consultant, and Ms. Renee, Finance Manager at Preston Motors in Millsboro, DE 19966 for a tremendous job well done from start to finish in providing me the RAM ProMasterCity Wagon. I researched this vehicle for over a year, drove by RT113 in mid-February 22' and saw that Preston Motor had 10 ProMasterCity Wagons on their lot. The rest is HISTORY!!! Why? Because Ms. Wodrig and Ms. Renee made it possible for me to purchase and drive my ProMasterCity Wagon out of their parking lot! Thank you Tameria and Renee for the excellent job you worked out on my behalf. Sandy

They treated me EXCELLANTLY from the moment I walked in the door! The entire team treated me with respect. I bought a 2013 Fiat 500 NOT an expensive new vehicle. My budget is limited, but they gave me a great deal. They have gone above and beyond in customer service. Antwan Knapp was my sales representative. He worked to get me a deal that I could afford. Finance and service also work to please as well. I truly understand what "Preston For Life" means !!!! Indeed, 5 stars is not high enough to grade Millsboro Automart!!

Stopped in to look at a Chrysler 200 had listed on sale at 11500 Salesman too k me inside ad we talked told him wanted to do around 10 cash. He said he would talk to sales manager he left and came back and said what if we can do 10 today .I said ok and had aother appt to go to and was going home and would call him back. I was getting ready to leave with cash in hand and he called and I said lets go over the deal one more time .He said well 11500 ad tax and tags .Well I told him no that is not what we agreed on. He said was his mistake couldn't do the deal we agreed on. My question is why did he supposedly go to manager come back and agree to 10 then do the oh my bad rookie mistake .What did he talk to manager about ? I have purchased may new and used cars never had this crap pulled So if you buy there get it all in writing.

bought my Grand Cherokee for Oil change and Tire rotation back in August 2020. My service coordinator Steve Baird went above and beyond in taking care of me and my Jeep when it had an issue while in the shop. Steve made sure I was happy with the outcome and earning my future business. Thanks Steve, you won me over.
