The horror that I have with my LUXURY Genesis The horror that I have with my LUXURY Genesis g70 2022 with a mileage of 16,300. Problems with the rear and front view cameras, creaking inside the car, as if the car is 30 years old, sometimes you can feel the shaking from the engine, 01/18/25 I reported problems with my Genesis G70 2022 and only 02/12/25 they gave me an appointment (I waited almost a month) however, the car is still under repair, at Genesis Fred Beans of Doylestown , PA (48 days)and the same thing happened last year for 6-8 months with the GPS, it still works with big errors, I just turned it off, the dealership did not help me with this, I highly recommend not to buy any "Luxury" Genesis CARS

On November of 2024 I purchased a certified pre-owned Elantra N Line from this dealer, paying above market. When visiting and test driving the car I had high hopes that it would be a nice experience as the salesperson was saying that Fred Beans have 30-day warranty on their pre-owned cars and appart from that I was purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle, so I got delivery of this car on a friday, november 16th. Driving the car back to my town, about 40 miles away, I noticed the car was shaking when driving on a straight line and it got worse when braking, so I complained to my salesperson the next monday and set up an appointment with their service center, which was almost 30 days away, Dec 12th. Getting there I was informed that brake rotors were warped and they would ressurface them as a courtesy (what happened to the 30-day warranty talk?) and one of the wheels were bent. So, going back on forth about a month, they said they would not cover the repair for the bent wheels and that brake rotors ressurfacing was done as a courtesy. I waited 3 months to review the purchase of my car at this dealer as I was really in the hope that they would come to the conclusion that my warranty claim was fair and they would honor it. It appears that they do not honor their claims, even when I showed them evidence that I complained about the car 3 days after taking delivery of it. Appart from that, my experience with other services were not good as the car is supposed to have a two-tone horn (high and low). Their service order stated that horn was replaced and operational test performed was good (I heard them testing the horn and it worked). When going to the car and testing myself the problem persisted but when calling their attention to this fact they called me afterwards saying this car has only one horn. Unfortunately this is far from the truth as their work order stated that one of the horns was replaced and ops check was performed, as well as due to the fact that the horns are visible under the hood, one on each side of the car. So, either their work order is lying or the person that called me is lying.

If I could rate it zero i would. I My service advisor is incompetent except the apology bit, he’s got that down.

Our family has bought more than a dozen cars from Fred Beans Hyundai over the years and we have referred many fiends as well. But those days have ended. Their customer service has went downhill into the cesspool. My daughter bought Gap insurance from them for a 2021 Kona. She was in a near death accident on July 10th. We purchased another car for her while waiting for the Gap Insurance check to settle the account. Meanwhile the Gap Insurance company sent the check to Fred Beans over 2 months ago and tells us Fred Beans should be issuing the check to us. We have called and talked to staff at the dealership and left messages for the last 2 months with them not issuing the monies we are due. They have giving us the run around. We are now going to have our attorney get involved and we are talking to the Pennsylvania State Insurance Department. I have friends that work in state government that have encouraged us to report the incident, so we are proceeding. Do not buy or lease from this company until they clean up their act. They are terrible.

Great experience buying from Kyle Shoultes. He was extremely professional and made buying a car effortless. He was attentive to detail and worked with my specific budget. Could not recommend him enough! Please seek him out at the dealership for an easy experience.

If you're going to buy a vehicle you need to ask for Kim Kenderdine. She is very professional, took a great deal of time in securing a great deal. Best sales person I ever dealt with!!! Thanks Again Kim!!!
