My relationship with Norris Ford started with an internet request for more information about a 2024 Ford Raptor they had. Within 10 minutes of submitting my request I was called by a Sales Representative, Stan Ma. He provided answers to all my questions, and I ended up placing a deposit on the truck. When we arrived a Norris Ford to complete the sales transaction, Stan’s personality and professionalism put us at ease. He provided detailed descriptions of the trucks systems and capabilities and assisted in getting it set up for us. When we were handed off to the Finance Manager, Lee Walker, we continued to be impressed. As we were pre-approved for a loan, he focused on describing each of the extended warranty options and didn’t push back when we decided on the plan that met our needs. This was the easiest vehicle purchase that we have ever made. The Norris team was very professional and personable.
