What Others Say

5/5 Stars - A Truly Exceptional Experience!" "I just purchased my new Maserati,Levate and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. From the moment I walked onto the lot, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional, not pushy at all. My salesperson, Juan Domunguez], was phenomenal. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, The dealership facilities are spotless, and their commitment to customer service is obvious in every department.

Be cautious. At the time of sale, I received just one key. I understand that its a used car and one key is sometimes all that you have and its not a law to provide a second key. However, being told this after the purchase was unproffessional. I would have negotiated the cost of the key into the price but was not allowed the opportunity. Upon returning home, I noticed the vehicle had wheel locks but no key. I was told by your team that the mechanic had misplaced it and a new set of locks was shipped. Unfortunately, the key did not match, and I had to grind the locks off myself using a Dremel in my driveway — something that should not have happened with a vehicle sold by a reputable dealership. Just three days after purchase I discovered a fluid leak in my driveway. A nearby Jeep dealership initially replaced the oil pan nut, but the issue persisted. Further inspection revealed: Oil leaking from the timing cover A leaking water pump Required replacement of the water pump and oil cooler, and resealing of the timing cover. I was told this vehicle had undergone a complete inspection prior to sale. Given these issues and the wheel lock oversight, I question whether a thorough inspection was ever performed. Car was in the shop for 7 days. When my temporary tags were nearing expiration, I reached out to multiple people to ask about the status of my permanent plates. I was then told the paperwork hadn’t even been sent in yet. When I asked about extending the temp tags, I was told that wasn’t possible and was advised to “just drive the car” and, if I got pulled over, the dealership would pay the fine. In Pennsylvania, that could result in the car being impounded and points on my license. I later confirmed with the NJ Department of Transportation that an extension could indeed be provided, and they recommended that I file a formal complaint with the state. I called Nj Dept of Transportation and they told me there is no reason why an extension couldnt be given. They also told me to report the dealership to the state regarding that as well as being told they would pay the fines and why this whole thing is taking so long. They found it very concerning. As of today, October 8 — 35 days after purchase — I still don’t have the permanent plates, and the car remains undrivable. I’ve now been unable to use the vehicle for 16 of those 35 days.

I came to Masarati of Central NJ to check out a specific car and I worked with Celeste Gonzalez and she was great, helped me with everything and walked me through everything that was needed. I worked with multiple different people to get my deal done and everybody was great.

I bought a certified used trackhawk from this dealership. The dealer assured me that's it's been serviced and maintenance at a Jeep-Dodge dealership.Turns out the trackhawk wasn't so certified. When the Jeep was delivered to me I found the motor mount was completely destroyed causing the motor to jump when you crank the vehicle also the service damper light was on and that there was a 41% oil light on that clearly hasn't been changed so I figured at this point that they lied about the Jeep being serviced. I scheduled a service with a Jeep dealership in my area to check the Jeep out for the following week. But the trackhawk didn't even make it to the shop. I was broke down on the side of the highway with a certified trackhawk from Ferrari Maserati of central New Jersey 2 weeks after buying, and having to get towed to the nearest dealership. FMOCNJ offered me a 6 year, 60 month warranty when I purchased the Jeep which was nice and assuring. But once the warranty company got the quote from the dealership about the damages, they cancelled my contract. They told me that the Jeep has been modified and had these issues before I purchased the Jeep which FMOCNJ denied. After calling the company over a 100 times, all they can say to me is that this situation sucks and the only thing they can try to offer me is another warranty but the trackhawk "Has to be fixed first" they told me. Don't get me wrong, they're very persistent when it comes to selling you a vehicle. But when the vehicle has an huge issue like this, they fall off the map. Now I'm stuck here with a $85k trackhawk that has been sitting at a dealership mechanic shop since April 21 that I'm having to pay another $10k+ out of pocket for a new transmission, motor mounts, and front differential. I'm not here to trying to ruin there reputation, I'm just telling you all my story. You can make your own decision to purchase from this dealership. Today is 05/10/23 and it's still in the shop with no contact from FMOCNJ.

The worst experience ever these people don't know nothing they tell you one thing and do another I spent $150.00 on a truck from out of state and they can't get it correct 2months still waiting on my title now they asking me to resend license its much more to tell I would never go back to them again. They are a dis grace to Bentley name

I’m from South Jersey and researched and visited multiple Maserati Dealerships and found the car I’d been looking for. Nick was easy to work with, knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions. I met with Anthony the service Manager as well over the last couple of weeks and they’ve been very responsive. I have recommended Maserati of Central Jersey to friends and anyone else looking for an Italian work of art. Test drive one today.
