My salesman, Octavio Lopez, was very good to work with, as was the finance manager, however, when I arrived to view and drive the car, it was very dirty, had an empty plastic water bottle in the center console compartment (garbage), and one of the wheels was damaged. I had made an appointment to see the car 1 week earlier, and It was clearly not ready to be seen by a customer. These problems were taken care of quickly. When we began discussing the sale price, I was presented with a figure well above the advertised price on the website. They quickly dropped the price and I bought the vehicle. I was pleased that they filled the car with gas before i left. In the end, I was happy with the results, but the interaction did not start well, and Greenway would have been very happy had I simply accepted the inflated price I was given at first. This struck me as borderline unethical.

Greenway service center is always friendly and clear on what your car needs and what can wait. I really appreciate the thorough videos from the technicians actually walking through your inspection point by point so you can see the same thing they see.
⸻ I had a great experience working with Jose. He was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. Jose and his team made sure I understood every option available to me, and they helped me get out of a predatory lender I had been stuck with on my previous cars. They were thorough, explained the products clearly, and provided me with a much lower interest rate. The service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership—especially working with Jose.
