Service Department did fine. I'm not happy with Hyundai, they have a recall for a trailer wiring harness replacement. Was notified of the issue 4 months ago, parts are still not available. Instead of replacing the harness as I was notified of in the recall, service removed the harness leaving me with a vehicle that did not have working trailer lights. The removal was not identified before being performed. Trailer lights are critical to my use for the vehicle and had them reinstall the harness.

While I am thrilled with my new vehicle, my positive experience began long before I stepped onto the lot. In my search for the perfect vehicle, I consulted with dealerships across several states, closer to home in Duluth, and throughout the Twin Cities. After weeks of research, I narrowed my search to seven vehicles and planned to make a purchase on May 2. During this time, I worked with Jason, who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind as he navigated my many questions. On April 30, my phone was flooded with calls from nearly every salesperson I had spoken to, all "pushing for that last sale of the month." Jason was the only one who did not. I sent him a thank-you that evening for his restraint; it was that specific, respectful interaction that made Morrie's my first choice for Saturday. Jason’s professionalism from the moment he greeted me at the door until the moment I drove away was nothing short of exceptional. He is a "gem" and a leader who represents your brand with integrity.
