Jared was very kind, professional and answered all my questions. It was a great experience working with Jared.
The 5 stars are for Adam, service rep, who always gives us excellent service. However, the manager, Tony, gets 0 stars! When discussing an issue with him, he was short & rude and did not satisfy our need. Needless to say, we did Not get “Buy Happy Service” snd put a long time customer relationship at risk! Pease call us 612-250-1481.
