I was apprehensive about buying a car. The sales man Rich Eiss was very nice and not pushy. He helped find the car we liked.
I worked with Roger in the sales department and he was fantastic! He really cared about getting me the best deal and making sure that I was satisfied. There was a slight mishap involving the VIN number on the car, however, Roger worked tirelessly to figure out a solution and communicate with me. After the sale, Roger handed me off to Mike in the finance department. Mike was also great! He was very knowledgeable about the financing process and gave me some great advice. You could tell that he really cares about prioritizing the customer and making everything very clear. I trust both Roger and Mike, and hope to work with them again the next time I shop at Toyota!
Roger Nelson was SO HELPFUL! 2017 Highlander, used but in excellent condition, 4 year warranty and good financing. We're happy 😁
