As a woman with some knowledge about cars, but less familiarity with the buying and financing process, purchasing a vehicle can feel intimidating and stressful, especially when you’re working with the wrong people. I work in sales myself and understand that environment, but past experiences at other dealerships had made me somewhat guarded when entering the car buying process and questioning the authenticity of many dealerships. I’m happy to say that my experience at Rudy Luther Toyota was the best and most genuine car-buying experience I’ve had. I never felt pressured at any point, and everything was explained to me thoroughly and clearly. I actually learned a great deal throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend Rudy Luther Toyota to others because I trust that Tony, Mike, and the rest of the team will continue to provide the same authentic, transparent, and helpful experience.
