Long lead time for an appointment but once in the door a lady service advisor helped me jump hoops and saved me an extra trip.

Lonnie went for a ride and my vehicle, which was is serious distress, was fit in due to some cancellations. The courtesy driver was great-although I didn’t catch his name.
