I own a 2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid. We are very Pleased with the Car. We have Dealt with Mr. Dan Dingman the General Manager, who does an outstanding job with his customers, sales staff, finance and service. We have been so pleased with the new facility and all that it provides for a wonderful car experience. Recently I had an accident where I ran over a metal object that punctured the battery, dislodged the exhaust system and caused undercarriage damage. I had my USAA insurance company tow the car to Luther Kia and from there I was directed to Mr. Jeffrey Mattson a Service Advisor. He took over and handled all the details of working with my claims adjuster and everything required to get the car back in working order. He kept me informed of all they were doing to get the parts ordered, a service time for competition and handling all the paperwork involved. I can only repeat what I've stated previously, the Service and Response to me as a customer has been Customer Outstanding. In the middle of dealing with my car issue they relocated from their old building into their new facility and from my perspective it was a seamless transition. The service and customer relations were outstanding in every way. You should be very pleased with all that Mr. Dingman and the staff at Luther KIA to provide the best experience possible for me and my family.
