We had an exceptional service and support experience from Carlos while we were trying to make a decision regarding a Volvo XC40 - New or Used. He helped us open our mind to different options. We had a really great experience working with Carlos and the team at VinFast. During the negotiation process, communication over text could have been a little clearer at times—but honestly, in person, Carlos was fantastic. He was easy to talk to, patient, and made us feel comfortable through the whole process. What stood out the most was what happened after we took the car home. We had a few questions come up, and he made sure we could bring the car back in, get everything checked out, and that we were taken care of—and they absolutely followed through on that. Even better, he checked in a few days later to make sure we were still happy. That meant a lot. It showed he actually cared beyond just making the sale. Overall, really solid experience and great customer service where it counts.

Overall a decent experience buying a used car from them. Did not like that there was an add on for "accessories" when it came time to purchase.
