Fast service, great customer service. Was greeted with a smile. Explained all the things that needed attention to be repaired on my vehicle which I really appreciated.
They are always great! My husband had to take our suv to get a new tire and let then know he had to leave to pick up our daughter from school and they were great had him out so he didnt have to go back a second time

Very good, polite. Explained everything It was my first service for my new kia so there wasn't much to do.
My 2week old telluride stranded me 3x with a bad battery. I was in Monroe visiting my daughter (2hrs from home). I was very upset that my BRAND NEW vehicle had let me down. I called the dealership and was told by a sales person (Mike) to come on in. Raquel took me in and got my car battery replaced. The reason it was commendable is because it was one hour until closing and I didn’t have an appointment.
Everyone was very helpful and accomodating I don't have more to say as my vehicle is still there
