Amazing, great service, professional! I had a great experience overall, and the time frame was just right. Even though there were some call-outs last time, I went there. Emma handled everything with professionalism.
The staff at the service department reception area are all very friendly. They ask questions about your auto get the vehicle checked in rather quickly and direct people to the waiting area.
She was so kind and helpful to me as I am know that when I arrive service is handled so efficiently.
The first experience was somewhat disappointing, because when I left, the main issue why I was there hadn't been fixed. I had only driven around 5 miles and had the same problem. The next visit was even worse afte a week waiting for parts, they said my brakes were not repairable.
