Mo was a pleasure, he was very knowledgeable and even if he didnt know the answer, he got it quickly. I did not have the opportunity to meet Thierno but he seemed nice on the phone. The dealership was also very comfortable and clean. I am very happy with my new 4runner
Great service. They communicate before and after service prices and options. Also thanks for the quick wash.

I was highly impressed with the stellar level of service. Staff was professional and courteous. Service was amazingly fast and efficient on their busiest day of the week just before a major holiday. Technician actually videotaped the details of the service! I love Toyotas and have owned several, but sterling level of service at Toyota Tampa Bay makes Toyota ownership an even higher likelihood for me.
