Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Derrick was an awesome advisor, I truly felt like I was in good hands.
5pm appointment for oil change. Didn’t leave until almost 7:30 pm. Service is part of my lease but for the time many places offer faster service.
I’ve never been disappointed in Norman Vassell or Toyota Of Tampa Bay. Norman is the best of the best. he is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of a vehicle. If you have a question he will most likely have the answer and if he doesn’t, he will get it for you quickly. Norman is honest, trustworthy, professional, keeps you informed, kind, passionate about his profession, and just an all-around great human being. If you want to work with an advisor who will do what is best for you, knows what he’s talking about and will make sure your vehicle is serviced properly and timely, then Norman Vassell is the man. Toyota Of Tampa Bay have superior technicians and mechanics. I have not yet come across an issue that they cannot resolve. They also maintenance your vehicle in a timely manner and without incident. Toyota Of Tampa Bay is a superior dealership and Service center.
Yousef was very professional kind and helpful. The process was very quick and we were able to see cars go through financing options and purchase the car all within a one and a half hour to two hour timeframe. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had.
Always great customer service. Detailed info given with video to keep you updated on your vehicle. Although I now have a Kia optima I will always go back to them because of the great service I still receive from them.
