Colin was the most kind, professional and caring salesperson. We hasd been looking for the perfect car for several months and love this dealership as the service and professionalism is outstanding. Colin finally approached ang did a perfect job.
The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Abed was an amazing salesman he walked me through everything, answered any questions or concerns I had. He’s got such great people skills. He didn’t make me feel pressured, just sales and honest advice and great service. Overall Lexus of Cleveland was professional and respectful dealership. I’d definitely recommend anyone to purchase from them.
