Thank you Alex! My husband and I walked in just to take a look, not intending to purchase a vehicle at the time. Alex showed us multiple cars and discussed many different options with us. Though we took several hours going back and forth about possibilities Alex remained calm and positive. Alex really put in the time and effort to get us into a car we would really enjoy. Working with Meno was a great experience! He was extra friendly and patient in dealing with us. He definitely made buying a vehicle less stressful. He was training James Bradley that day and he was wonderful too. Meno had another costumer he was dealing with that day as well so James took over a few times and did a fantastic job. He has a bright future a head of him.
Found a car at their dealership and contacted them right away. They were willing to help us out and work with us. We took a flight to come and get the car and everything went easy fast and smooth! They have a bell and you can ring it when you make a purchase and the whole dealership claps for you ! Great dealer
We traveled over 2 hours from Wisconsin to Mcgrath’s Honda to purchase our new Honda SUV, it was the best experience from our first phone call asking questions on the model we loved, the communication with Anna was very through, and she really cares about potential customers, we also worked with Alex, which was an absolute pleasure, we were treated with such kindness and he took so much time explaining everything and answered all our questions, we can’t thank Anna snd Alex enough for making our experience so enjoyable, and thank you both for your honesty, kindness, and hard work, God bless you both, You both deserve a hugh thank you from a guy and Jill Lipovsek
