This review is more towards the sales member that we worked with while searching for a used vehicle. Although we did not end up purchasing the vehicle at the location it had nothing to do with the sales member and everything to do with the right car at the right time. Anthony Nieves was excellent to work with, and we would have loved to have purchased a vehicle from him. He was helpful, informative and extremely personable. Overall, we were pleased with our experience with him at the dealership.
I had a great experience at Hamilton Honda! Relative to most experiences at a dealership, my visit was relatively brief. Peter Young and the sales team were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, offering me top dollar for my trade, answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable throughout. I truly appreciated their transparency and no-pressure approach. Overall, I left feeling completely satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Hamilton Honda to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience.

BAIT AND SWITCH BAIT AND SWITCH .....Called rhe dealer to confirm availability of a Toyota Avalon.They assured me the car was there.When I arrived they told me the vehicle was just sold. The salesman then tried to sell me another car. It seems like they are a bait and switch dealership. Be aware if you deal with them there is a good chance they do not have the car you are looking for. It looks like I am not the first customer to have this happen.
Bait ant switch. I called three times to verify if a vehicle was available for purchase that was on the lot. When I got there, they told me it was sold. Then they tried to upsell me another vehicle that had a bad transmission i discovered during the test drive. After telling them that we would never be able to make a deal and that numbers were too far apart. They insisted that we will be able to get close. So I went through all the xx the typical xx dealer usually Does when selling a car and in the end they came back with a ridiculous trade in value below kbb and more than $4000 less than what I’ve received from three other dealers. In the end, I walked out because we were so far off as I thought. Someone is going to get stuck with a vehicle with a bad transmission and now they know that. Bad bad bad
