AVOID at all costs!! Purchased a 2022 Certified Pre-owned CR-V last July. After I just traded it in at Burns Hyundai, I realized what a caring, customer service oriented dealership SHOULD BE like!!! I even contacted Lithuanian (who owns them) about the horrible way I was treated. They could care less, so no wonder the dealership doesn’t either!! The final straw was when I went into Burns Hyundai the same day Hamilton Honda did a multipoint inspection and oil change on my CR-V. I was warned that my car was unsafe to drive!!! There was a missing lug nut and other lug nuts were cracked and jammed on incorrectly!! The tire could have fallen off!! SO be warned!!!

Great experience. The Sales and Finance Dept were great. Joshua Braskett listened to what we wanted. Found the car, worked to get the car prepped and ready for us. He made sure we were comfortable and updated throughout the whole process.

I had an extremely frustrating and misleading experience with Hamilton Honda. On the sales floor, I was promised one interest rate, only to be hit with a higher rate in finance. When I was tired and hungry, the salesperson pressured me to stay, claiming I had already signed. After purchase, I was misled about canceling optional add-ons and falsely told I had to wait 30 days, which is not true—you can cancel anytime. Olivia refused to provide proof of the buy rate, later claiming it was “illegal” to share, which is false. Said I needed to call the lender, did that, and lender sends me back to dealer. Somebody is lying. I tried calling the finance manager multiple times per day for a week; he only returned two calls, with constant missed connections. The entire process felt evasive, dishonest, and a low priority for them. I will never finance through a dealership again—next time, I’m going through a bank or credit union. The advertising and added fees at the dealership are a blatant scam. They haven't even provided me with the documentation of the warranty that was advertised with the car as Honda certified. Lesson learned.

Not sure if the Service Dept exist?? Multiple calls to set up an appt...never get a call back, operators are always too busy? Left message on their FB page with my return number...never got a call back. Left an email...never got a call back. My 2026 Honda HRV CarPlay isnt operating correctly, freezes up and shuts off. They were quick to ask me for a positive feedback after I bought the car...now its like they don't exist. Bad experience

Since I have previously written several reviews of this service department describing VERY NEGATIVE experiences, I think it is only right that I write a very complimentary review after today's visit. Service rep Jose was friendly, and did everything he could to make up for my previous bad experiences (which I had described to him). Work I asked for (and more) was done gratis, there was no upselling like the other reps constantly tried to force on me, and my special request to have my tires inflated to the correct pressure was actually carried out perfectly! First time ever at this dealership. The building has had a facelift, so maybe they have decide to turn over a new leaf and treat their customers the right way.

Honda Service is the worst company in Hamilton. I have been dealing with them for many years, but I recently purchased a car three weeks ago, and it has needed servicing three times since then. They do not care about their clients; they just take your money and give you the runaround when it comes to getting your car fixed. I do not recommend them to anyone.
