I bought a 2024 ko a from this dealership. I would never purchase from them, or any friendship franchise again. The purchase experience as not pleasant and extremely long. The salesman said they couldn’t go lower on price, but when I was about to drive off, magically they could. The vehicle, a service loaner, didn’t have fluids levels checked and needed wiper fluid as soon as I got home. It took months, literally, for them to send the paperwork to get car registration. They lied to me about free oil changes. Charged an exorbitant price for oil change without notifying me, and it turned out I had 3500 more miles before it was needed. A sign in the service dept stated they would notify me about all costs before doing it, but I was not notified. Refused to help me pair phone to digital key as requested. Had service spot time but oil change took over 2,5 hours. Never purchase or service you vehicle here. Inept and dishonest people.

Our SUV broke down on our way to Hilton Head SC , we were so fortunate to break down where we did , close to the dealership , they were extremely awesome to us and we're very helpful , we dealt with service dept but the sales people were very nice also, when I get ready to buy another vehicle I would seriously consider driving to their dealership which is 5 to 6 hours away from where we live . Thanks again for your kindness .
