I leased a car and they delivered the same car but one with a different VIN. They needed to pick up the car from another dealer and I did all the paperwork at night in the dealership. The next day they picked up the wrong car. The other dealer had 2 of the exact same cars and they picked up the wrong one,,,different vin from my contract. They did not catch this until a week later when the other car was being sold. They still have not fully fixed their mistake. Very unprofessional management.
