Few things that were a concern. I had to pull over right after leaving as I heard a strange noise, bumping from my tires. Found a screw lodged in tire thread, no too deep so I pulled it out. However that's when I noticed my tires weren't rotated as requested and documented. Tires are marked so I know they were not rotated.
Eric was exactly what I hoped for in shopping for a car. My previous experience with other dealerships were awful, Eric listened, found me what I wanted and helped me get it out the door for what I could spend. As professional as it gets, and a kind person.
Mazda Elk Grove service center provides excellent service. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the video showing the maintenance service and recommendations. This is the reason I only take my Mazda to the service center. I trust the crew.
