What Others Say

Dealership was easy to deal with, salesman Curtis was great to work with, great dealership

Responded quickly and proficiently to my issues with my new vehicle. Would recommend anyone without hesitation.

Ryan Silber was my salesman and bc of him my buying experience was fanominal. He is is a man of integrity and has a great personality.

I had scheduled an appointment for my vehicle in June to have my brakes checked because I could hear “squealing” when I had my foot on the brake in reverse. I was told at the appointment that my brakes were fine and I have “10k-15k miles to go” before needing new ones. My most recent visit was because I now hear grinding instead of a squeal at 2k miles. This visit resulted in me being charged for new rotors and brake pads because of the metal on metal grinding. I inquired about a discount due to the faulty inspection results from June. I was told that they only did a “visual” inspection in June and it’s really hard to tell if the center of the pad is wearing differently and only offered to find a coupon for me. The “coupon” was a $40 military discount that doesn’t even touch the $200+ charge for the rotor replacement that should have easily been prevented had they listened to me the first time. The accountability needs to lie somewhere other than the customer’s wallet! What is even worse is that I am now hearing a squeal from the front and that’s after the inspection was measuring 1 mm thicker than the appt in June. As if the poor diagnostics weren’t bad enough, the service advisor intentionally deleted my access to the inspection report when I questioned the measurements and even went so far as to edit my customer profile to intentionally spell my name incorrectly on my email address to prevent any potential surveys coming directly from Nissan. I even called in to ask for a copy of the most recent inspection report to be emailed and have yet to receive it.

I had an amazing experience working with Tevin. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient throughout the entire process of helping me. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything, answered all of my questions, and helped me feel confident in my decision. I was able to drive away in my new Nissan Kicks and I could not be happier. I f you ever find yourself looking for someone who truly cares about helping you make the car buying process smooth and stress free, I highly recommend you ask for Tevin at the Pensacola location.

Friendly and professional straightforward getting to the point of done. I strongly recommend this dealership
