Customer service is fantastic, oursales rep Phil helped answer all of our questions to narrow down the best purchase for us. Didn't feel pressured to make a purchase at McGovern. unlike other dealerships the sales reps don't rush you or push you into making a purchase, they help you find the right vehicle for you.
Rowan was extremely skilled- after determining what my priorities were for a car as well as my budget he proceeded to go over the makes and models I had been considering. He was able to outline the pros and cons of each and offered the opportunity for me to test drive 3 different makes/models. I appreciated his style- no pressure. Seemed very willing to work with the customer!!! Would highly recommend him to friends and family as well as anyone considering purchasing a car.
