The service department is the awful probably the worst I have experienced. Responsiveness was nonexistent. I had to physically come to have an update on when my parts would be in. Also, I explained I had an issue with the antenna reception on the radio stations and it's happened all of a sudden. They changed my entire radio which didn't fix the issue and when I let them know they said it was fixed for what I brought it in for and the best part is it must be the radio station LOL now I have 3 other cars where the station is perfect but Aidan said it was nothing they could do and to take it somewhere else. As a business owner I don't say this lightly but the customer service was beyond poor for a 120k suv

I had a great experience from the time that I entered the parking lot. Salesman Kolby Bates was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car I was originally interested in. The test drive was great and did not feel rushed. I decided to go with a car that was within my budget. The Sales Manager was able to work with me to make sure I left with the vehicle. . So overall, my experience was great in spite of the heavy rain, I was able to sit in the car, make some decision's and worked a deal.
