My car was towed to the dealership after an engine failure that is under recall. I never stepped foot on the premises due to distance, but Josh and Shane kept me informed throughout the process. Shane went out of his way to see me a photocopy of my registration when HCCM requested it.
I felt like a VIP the entire time Experience was positive, Allen was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I chose.
Amazingly helpful! They were able to change out the broken part to my trunk same day.
