I moved to N.C. 2 years ago and was looking for a reliable and honest service center to service my 2025 Kia-K5 and my wife's 2018 Mercedes CLA 250. I serviced my Kia at Coastal for normal new car warranty service and even though they didn't sell me my car, they welcomed me with open arms and did exemplary work. I then asked if they would service my wife's car for an oil change and tire rotation which they did at a fair and reasonable price...less that the Mercedes dealer would have done. I trust them and will continue to have both vehicles serviced there and recommend them to my neighbors here in Leland.
Bob was exceptional in helping me schedule and appointment and seeing that the work was completed in a very timely manner.
Clean, comfortable waiting area. The staff is very attentive offering courtesy rides and snacks, etc. making sure waiting customers are comfortable.
Bob in the service department is always willing to help get our car serviced around our schedules.
Very clean and Bob in service helped us tremendously with our transmission issues. Keep up the good work.
