All the Kia employees were friendly, courteous and professional. I had to wait slightly longer than I expected for the shuttle for the gentleman was very apologetic and appears to be very busy. It was a simple 10k check up with no issues. I will probably make future appointments for the morning so that Indont get stuck in Wilmington traffic.

Everyone was kind and thoughtful. Dealership is clean. Plenty of coffee and snacks. Didn’t have to wait long for service to be complete.
