Was not happy with the salesman regarding financing from the beginning started out with the wrong income that was used not happy ☹️
Our salesman Stephan was terrific, his 20+ years of experience with Tom Woods Volkswagen really shined though and got us into the vehicle we wanted.

Incredible service and quality, technicians and service desk were professional and friendly. Vehicle came back cleaned and washed, which was not expected.
Great experience with Tom Wood VW and Hope, my service advisor. Recently, I took my new, used, Golf Sportwagen in for service and Hope was simply a joy to work with. She was articulate, knew what she was talking about and did what she said she was going to do. It was all good at Tom Wood!
