Nicole Elder was great to work with. She walked half way across their large lot in the rain to see if I needed assistance. She got the info I was looking for on the vehicle I was interested in. I told her I was going to check out one other dealer before I purchased anything. She said ok but she would beat any deal they had. I returned to Suburban Ford and she did just that. No pressure and no surprises making it a pleasant buying experience. I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles over the last fifty years and I would have to say this was the best buying experience I’ve had. I would highly recommend Nicole.
Spacious, clean, great vending and waiting area. Processes seem good (sales to financing). FELIPE was detailed and got answers to questions quickly.
