Nicole Elder was great to work with. She walked half way across their large lot in the rain to see if I needed assistance. She got the info I was looking for on the vehicle I was interested in. I told her I was going to check out one other dealer before I purchased anything. She said ok but she would beat any deal they had. I returned to Suburban Ford and she did just that. No pressure and no surprises making it a pleasant buying experience. I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles over the last fifty years and I would have to say this was the best buying experience I’ve had. Spacious, clean, great vending and waiting area. Processes seem good (sales to financing). FELIPE was detailed and got answers to questions quickly.
