Huge shoutout to Isaiah, we went in to test drive the explorer and expedition on Saturday, and he did a great job making sure to help my wife find the vehicle that suited her needs. No pressure buying experience, when it came to the negotiation, he gave me a price that was unmatched without going back-and-forth multiple times and I know this because we compared it to other dealerships and what they were offering us. Had a problem with the paint on new purchase of a 25 Explorer due to poor QC at Ford Chicago 😔 ! My salesperson Mackenzie was helpful & understanding and stepped up to help get problem resolved in timely manner along with the help of the sales manager Steve got me in a loaner to get 3 panels re painted !! Not an ideal circumstance but Mackenzie and Steve at Suburban Ford Sterling Heights get a thumbs up from me for showing they care about their customers !!!!!!
