Subaru of Troy has proven exceptional service. I was worried for a moment, but their service manager came theough with good old fashioned care and concern for Customer satisfaction. We recently bought another Subaru from Suburban Troy.

I had a complicated trade-in and he was upfront, patient, and made sure everything went smoothly. He stayed in communication the entire time and was always quick to respond. Service experience of my Outback was amazing. Service Person kept in touch. But also LOVED the service video and the virtual experience of selecting what items to perform. Service Person also wen to the next level with my extended service and even reaching out the Sale Person on an item in question. Length of time was not long either for the service I needed on my vehicle. VERY HAPPY
