The sales person was very attentive to my needs. I reflect upon how stressed I was at the time of purchase; his compassion was greatly appreciated. The service department is very courteous. I appreciate whether I decide to wait or use valet during the service appointment, they accommodate my request efficiently. They have answered questions or solved problems with a phone call. I feel like a valued customer, therefore I choose Suburban Volvo.
