What Others Say

This dealership: - will trade VINs with another location, get the VIN wrong, then blame YOU for the mistake. - will send you home with no paperwork telling you "everything you need is all on a hard drive", but the hard drive only includes a sole copy of your purchase agreement, no additional literature (i.e. on warranty or the vehicle). - will not provide you copies of warranty literature when asked. - will give you a "concierge number" after the sale you can text/call for service appointments or Q&A, but no one monitors it. - will not return calls and messages left with either the sales rep you dealt with, nor the service department. - will take months to give you an appointment that they continue to emphasize as being "quick and easy". - will tell you they'll ensure stock of the part for your service appointment, but will fail to keep your appointment and won't have the stock they promised when you inevitably show up for it. - will tell you they're now under new management and to "take it up with Mazda" down the street. I tried to keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but when they're now telling me they won't look at my car and instead send me to Mazda, there's no more hope for this dealership. Would not recommend at all.

The service team was great! We had an issue with a part which led to our car taking longer to get fixed, so they offered us a loaner, which was fun to drive! They were honest and communicated well throughout the process. Highly recommend for all your VW service needs!

I would not recommend this dealership for anyone planning to buy online without looking at the car first. I purchased a new Atlas SEL R Line and was surprised to receive a car dirtier than most rental cars with nail clippings on the floor, dirt/mud in the back of the rear seats, buggers on the armrest, spit on the rear door panel armrest, white residue (looks like hair gel) on the passenger head rest, scratches on the center deco parts. It looks like someone used a wet cloth on the IP which left some water marks, the center deco has significant scratches. I called to complain and asked for a warranty replacement of the scratched center deco and was told I would receive feedback and still nothing. I understand new cars are not always new but I have some expectations for previous drivers iphones saved to be removed and standard cleaning prior to giving the vehicle to the customer.

Richie has taken care of several vehicle maintenance issues and recently coordinated an auto claim with our insurance company and the team processed the repair in effective and efficient manner.
