I recently took my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu for an oil change. The service I received was great except for one of the Porters. I was trying to have a conversation with the service writer, and the Porter, Robert, kept poking his nose into the conversation so I had a harder time understanding the Service Writer. And this is not the first time that Robert was interfering with myself and the Service Writer. I had to have a new battery installed in my car and I was offered a ride home, but since my husband also works there as a Porter, he just let me take his truck home. I wish that they would do something about Robert though. He was very annoying.

Metro Ford Madison worked very hard to make sure that not only my vehicle was taken care of but all of my concerns and questions were answered. I wasn't even looking for a car, but with their advisement I brought home a new 2021 Ford Explorer. I didn't even know what my previous car was worth until they shared how I could upgrade for so little. 7 years newer and zero miles...I never would have known without their help! Seriously if your looking for a car they can get it for you!
