I worked with Gary Tresner on learning about my new Bronco. I went in with 5 questions to ask him, but he took the time to show me everything about my Bronco. He also helped me get everything set up for the Ford Pass and my account. I feel like Gary went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything about my new vehicle. He is a truly knowledgeable person. I would highly recommend that people purchasing a vehicle work with him before taking their vehicle home.

We just purchased a 2025 Ford Bronco Sport from Todd Harbort. He was really good to work with. He really helped us with purchasing the Bronco and getting a good deal. We got a good price on the trade in on my old vehicle. I have always wanted a Bronco, and now I have one. My only concern is that I had to have someone other than Todd show me all of the things about the Bronco. But I would definitely recommend Metro Ford of Madison and Todd Harbort if someone is looking to purchase a vehicle.

I recently took my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu for an oil change. The service I received was great except for one of the Porters. I was trying to have a conversation with the service writer, and the Porter, Robert, kept poking his nose into the conversation so I had a harder time understanding the Service Writer. And this is not the first time that Robert was interfering with myself and the Service Writer. I had to have a new battery installed in my car and I was offered a ride home, but since my husband also works there as a Porter, he just let me take his truck home. I wish that they would do something about Robert though. He was very annoying.

I wasn't even looking for a car, but with their advisement I brought home a new 2021 Ford Explorer. I didn't even know what my previous car was worth until they shared how I could upgrade for so little. 7 years newer and zero miles...I never would have known without their help!
