They get me in on schedule, check for recalls and let me know what has to be done and when. Shop and waiting area always clean and staff pleasant.

Worst Dealer service I have ever experienced. Did not fix my brake issue after 3 visits & instead of trying to find a solution the General Manager started yelling at me over the phone. Would not use this Dealer for anything as they do NOT care about Customers.

This Dealership and Management Staff do NOT CARE about taking care of their Customers. Had a Major service problem and after multiple returns to try and solve all got was Managers yelling at me and NO attempt to fix the issue. I would NEVER return for Service, or consider buying a new vehicle from the Facility. Worse example of Customer service I have ever experienced at a Ford Dealership.

Service is always exceptional - would highly recommend for reliable service - nice to have a dealership close by that will service all makes of vehicles
