We just bought our third Traverse & love it. After some negotiations on price, we feel we had made a great deal! Thanks to our salesman, Rick, and then sales manager, Ken. We had to finance a small portion and the finance person we had explained everything & we decided to also get the total care package, which we feel is worth the cost.
Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommended. Make an appointment first.

Absolutely fantastic dealership. I bought my car here and although I live almost an hour away I return for any needed services. Their professionalism and knowledge is unsurpassed…..I have never experienced such polite and outstanding customer service with a vehicle! When we purchased the car we worked with Carla and she was very accommodating. The concierge at the end who helped me set up my car was also great. Yesterday ( 12/11/25) I had a service appointment and Travis was fantastic as well. He kept me informed and treated me with respect and appreciation. I will also add that while I was waiting for the vehicle every employee that passed through the lounge said hello! What a nice touch! As previously stated….I live 15 minutes from two huge area dealers yet I will drive an hour to Sepaugh because of how I am treated as a customer. From the time we purchased the car to every service visit the experience has been wonderful. I highly recommend this dealership.
The staff was excellent. I've never purchased a vehicle out of state before and was very nervous. Rick from finance was professional and helpful.
