Blaine gave us a great experience. We didn't feel pressured to do anything that we weren't interested in and he informed us of anything we might have not already known about throughout the process. Overall very pleasant experience, my only critique might be that there was only 1 financial person working on a busy Saturday so it made the process take MUCH longer, but once we got in to see Connor that process was enjoyable as well.
