Had my first service on my 2024 f350 platinum Dave and his crew did a great job

The work was performed completely and in the time expected. All personal were polite and professional. I would certainly return for future service and highly recommend to family and friends.

I had my 2017 Explorer in for 90k. The service team was excellent. Finished just when they said it would be completed. Unfortunately, making the apt was very difficult. I called the service dept 3x and left a message with no reply. Then I scanned the QR code that was in the brochure you sent. I filled out the info and waited for a call back and never received it. I purchased my Explore new from you and have always had it serviced there. Please fix your phone system so I don’t waste so much of my again. It can’t be good for your business to not be receiving calls from customers!
