What Others Say

Should have known better than to trust them with my Ford after previous problems with the dealership. Krause collected my car for a recall repair four days ago. It has not been returned—no communication from Krause despite leaving several messages. Stay away, go anywhere else. PS Love my car, hate the dealership. UPDATE: Jason, the service director, called me to discuss my experience, so I updated the rating to okay. Based on our conversation, I will return to Krause for my next service, trusting I will leave a 5-star review afterwards.

I am a loyal Krause ford back when they were Woodstock ford from 2006 with new expedition limited. I've had all of my cars, Navigator 2013 serviced there. Recently i don't know what has been going on. I brought my 2021 Navigator for battery check/fob because i had 2 situations where the battery didn't turn over. Quick lane acted as if they didn't have the option to check the battery, sent me to parts to get a new battery for the fob. Parts guy was great, even followed me to see if the fob battery was the issue, it wasn't and he said Quick Lane could do a battery test, WHY didn't the guy offer me that. Once the battery was tested, it was at less than 50%. Never got a dash warning that the battery was low. I purchased the battery $350+ Later that day, noticed the car was struggling to accelerate. took car in next day and explained, was told service couldn't make appointment, i would have to call scheduler. I called and scheduled for the following Wednesday. When I brought it in, I also explained that the "engine off" option was turning itself on intermittently. Asked them to check. Also told them the tired driver alert would come on when i was driving normal and getting off the expressway exit. Told them i would not let them keep my car through weekend. AN APPOINTMENT MEAENS NOTHING. THEY WILL HAVE YOUR CAR FOR DAYS REGARDLESS. I was called by Michael to say the car was 2 quarts low on oil and where did i get my oil changes...I said YALL, what does the sticker say. They did an oil change and it took care of the acceleration problem. Asked about the engine off and was told i needed to turn it off every time i started the car...i said i didn't have that problem prior to the battery, they said perhaps the battery was too low for the option to function properly. I said ok, cumbersome but i'll do it. That didn't work. I would turn off the function; it would come off and on intermittently. I even took videos to show them. Called to speak with Michael, he said bring it in and have a tech drive with me. Went to dealership, had a tech drive with me and he agreed something was wrong. I had to go back to schedule another appointment, knowing they would keep my car for days. Scheduler was rude and I took my car back Wednesday, 10/8 at 10am. Michael wasn't there but they took the vehicle. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning, no call about the status of my car. I called at 11 to say I hadn't heard anything about my car, the service guy answering the phone was rude with an attitude. Finally said Michael was with a customer and would call me back. By 1:15 on Friday, still no call back. Went to dealership and asked for my car. Michael was sitting in the service bay, I didn't ask him what happened, just wanted my car and leave. as of Saturday, I have not received a call as to why they kept my car for 2 1/2 days no call and no call as of today. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. IF I GET A SURVEY FROM FORD, I WILL GIVE THEM THE LOWEST SCORE POSSIBLE. I WILL ESCALATE THIS TO FORD CORPORATE AS WELL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO DO AN OIL CHANGE LET ALONE SEREVICE AND AGFAIN, I WAS A LOYAL LONG-TERM CUSTOMER SINCE 2006. Now I have to find another ford/Lincoln dealership to have the car serviced. I will not go to their Alpharetta location either. They don't care about customer service!!!!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership a month ago and the finance manager, Diego Velasquez, scammed me hard and illegally. He offered extended maintenance plan options and I declined to take any. He then presented an iPad for my e-signature to confirm I was declining the plan. And it is what the blurb said it was for. However, he never gave me the final paperwork for anything, even the sale contract. When I realized the next day that my pile of papers didn't actually include the contract I went back to the dealership two days later to get all my paperwork and saw that Diego took my e-signature that was supposedly for declining the maintenance plans and applied it to a form I had never ever seen before, signing that I was accepting a basic plan for an additional $1,000 on my final sale price. This form which had never been shown to me also indicated what my monthly payment would be with and without the plan. When he presented my monthly payment he never said this was including a maintenance plan, I had explicitly said I was declining that. What's worse that e-signature was also applied to the sale contract. Aside from the fraudulently applied maintenance plan charge, everything was as I agreed to but I had never been shown the final paperwork and I certainly never signed it myself. I went back and the dealership later that same day and demanded they refund the $1,000 plan to my loan balance. I signed the physical paperwork for it to be paid back to the lender but a month later I am still waiting. I have already filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and specifically named Diego Velasquez in my notice. Folks, stay away from Krause Family Ford and stay far away from Diego Velasquez, who as of this writing unfortunately still works there. Crooks, all of them. Awful.

I found my Jeep Grand Cherokee on-line and followed up with the dealership. All my questions were answered over the phone and we were approved for the loan prior to our visit. David and I loved the car. We had a few personal circumstances in order to complete the transaction. Barron Bennett, Sales Consultant, and Chris Graver, Finance Manager, went above and beyond to make this happen for us. This was an a great experience and an example of excellent customer service! Highly Recommended. Call Barron at Krause Family Ford, Woodstock, GA.

I have purchase 7 vehicles from Krause Family Ford of Woodstock, so I'm a loyal customer for many years and many of the vehicles I purchased were for not just me but my children and wife. I was also very satisfied and appreciative of the sales and finance team, they always did a good job. Anytime I needed service I no issues. This past week was a complete dumpster fire with the service guy Rick. I dropped off my truck he wasn't in when he said he would be there. First miss, Keving checked me in and no one every told me they would have my truck from 1 to 3 days. Of course Rick need all three days. I asked to get a call and update from Rick on day 2, no call as he promised. Day 3 he tells me my truck will be ready 3p to 4pm, I call to get shuttle service, for 2 hours prior to 4pm, service line NO ONE picks up, now I have to Uber. I get there at 4pm, Rick says my truck not ready they suddenly find in the re-programming I need new battery, this was appointment was just a general maintenance check up and the truck was running fine with no prior battery related issues. Also Rick has his toddler son with him walking around in the garage area during this entire time, isn't this a big risk to have a child in the working garage, must be some OSHA violation, maybe management should check into this, big risk to a little boy. At 530, hour and half after I was told my truck would be ready Rick tells me I'm good to go. NO RICK YOU FAILED! You didn't do your J-O-B. I will never go back to buy a vehicle or ever go to the service dept at Krause Family Ford. Y'all lost a loyal customer forever. Signed - Mike Sullivan
