What Others Say

I like the dealship but I think if you buy a new vehicle you should get free oil changes like other dealerships do!

best place to buy your car they have a lot of inventory news and used cars I have a good experience buying my second truck with them friendly stuff

Always do a great job and in a very reasonable time and price. Would highly recommend this dealership

Excellent is Akin Ford! Russell Redman, Service Writer, Madelynn in Rentals/ Loners and the Manager over Akin Ford Service were so very good to me. I appreciate their professionish an curtesy to me and my wife. Please Thank each one for me. {In case I do not have a place for what I need to write next, let me at least express the following: How disappointing to me and embarrassing to Ford that my Ford/Lincoln car’s engine had to be totally replaced last week! With perfect maintenance taken care of by Gwinnett Ford for 5 years and Akin Ford for two years, my engine is ruined and had to be replaced at only 47,200 miles on the car’s engine. Really? Why? The Metal Casket gives way and antifreeze ruins the #3 Cylinder. Image your Grandfather buying a new Ford thinking this will be the last car he will need in his remaining life time and the Ford product literally dies at 47,200 miles. My only alternative: Purchase a brand new engine, which I did from Aiken Ford. This should shake your confidence in some Ford products. At any rate, we are saddened concerning the car but we truly appreciate Akin Ford and the help you graciously extended to us. Sincerely, Mark and Cindy Keel Dacula, Georgia July 2025

Akins ford is where I take our Ram 1500 and Jeep Grand Cherokee for any service we need. People are friendly and the service is outstanding!

Ashley Warner was my service manager and she did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the progress and the diagnosis of the issue regarding my vehicle . I needed it in a specific time as I was preparing to leave on a month long trip towing my travel trailer. She explained to the shop what I needed and they delivered 3 days ahead of the probable resolution of my truck’s issue. It was not a simple fix as the passenger side exhaust manifold was warped and one of the manifold’s bolts had broken off. When I received the bill everything was exactly explained in the bill how they diagnosed, what they did to fix it and each part was listed including the cost. I was very pleased with Akins Ford as this is the second time I brought my 2016 ecoboost to them. I brought my truck back to them because of the excellent service I had received from them. Last time it was the driver side manifold that an independent shop screwed up. They also replaced plugs and coils last time. My truck is running smooth with the appropriate gear shifts and power. Again I want to thank Ashley for her good communication with me and let me know my questions and concerns were important to her. Akins Ford is my go to place for repairs and service on my truck
