I had a really good experience at Athens Ford. My salesperson Michael Buerrman was professional and did a great job dealing with me. Went trade in shopping he got me a good trade in value and he sold me on a Nissan Frontier. There was a paperwork discrepancy that in the end was my fault but Athens Ford and Michael did right by me in correcting it and I really appreciated that. Overall it was a really good experience and I’d definitely go back

Bought a Ford Edge awhile back. Wife drives it 10 miles a day to work. We bought it used with 70k and it now has 100k. We took it to them as their policy is you have to if you want warranty. Its is strictly thru Athens which is a joke when they represent ford. It has a front axle boot that slipped the compression clamp. They asked us for all records of oil and air filter changes before they could warranty. We gave them our 4 records of oil change since 70k to 100k in Nov 2024 its now Jan 2 2025 with no word at all. We didnt even get a summary or estimate. This place is and has been a scam. When i bought vehicle, we also purchased the maintenance in oil change for 2,500 for anytime we take it there we wont get charged. We take it there and wife gets no loaner or wait 6hrs for oil change. I will go 20 miles to Winder where they treat you like family and stick to their agreement!

Michael was wonderful and so helpful throughout the whole process, he was very knowledgeable on all the cars and helped me pick the right one!

I called him to talk about it and he told me that was my problem for buying a used car they aren’t responsible for that seriously? I would never in life buy a car from this dealer and the manager Aaron brasher is such a racist if you’re Hispanic and women dont make any deal with this racist person he thinks he is superior than others he treated me really bad I had to paid 4k to fix the electrical issue because it was part of the engine in ATL because I couldn’t find nobody in Athens to fix the problem All they care in this dealer is money after they stole your money, they don’t care about you no more Scam dealer the worst in Athens

Lastly, the Accessories Manager, Ben, promptly scheduled the installation of my vehicle accessories, emailing me with a friendly confirmation just days after my purchase—adding yet another hassle-free experience. Having purchased many new vehicles over the years, I can say this was by far the simplest and most pleasant experience. I drove 244 mi, to get to the only dealership that had the F450 Platinum I was looking for. This is by far the best place I ever bought a truck; it was worth the drive. I was only at the dealership about 45 minutes and then on my way home. Amazing
